Burnout is all too Real

Extensive global studies,  including many medical specialties, indicate that one in every three provider is experiencing burnout at any given time.

"I am a health care provider  and, like many providers, feel the

stress of caring for patients, running a business, managing a family and doing it all with a smile. Needless to say, it is an unrealistic expectation from a career that can sometimes take more than it gives. Working with Dr. David over the years has been instrumental in helping me cut through the noise and admit that burnout is real and not only affects the way we care for people but ultimately takes away the part of us that matters most. Dr. David has worked in primary care practices and has a unique perspective of what providers deal with day in and day out, a perspective that she has used to support, validate and encourage me to ever consider that greatest of provider taboos, “I matter too”. Wonderfully compassionate, direct and knowledgeable I am incredibly grateful for her gentle care and wisdom in these ongoing and difficult times."
